Why is the minimum quote £999?

Bringing the full trailer, equipment and team to an event takes a complete service setup. Your £999 is a food spend, so you can use it to build the menu your guests will enjoy.

Is the date held when I submit?

No. We check your request and send the deposit link. The date is secured only once the 20% non-refundable deposit is paid.

Are there extra trailer or service charges?

The calculator shows the full food price with no hidden add-ons. If travel, venue access or a special request changes what is needed, we will agree it with you before payment.

Can you handle dietary requirements?

Tell us in the notes. We will confirm what is possible and explain allergen procedures before the event.

Can I change quantities later?

Speak to the team as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may adjust the balance.
